Both models can be supplied with an optional mixer that proportions
two different compounds simultaneously, each at its own ratio.
Our Kemmix System™ is the best value
for pre-mixing and delivering water
base compounds to mass finishing and
other equipment. A single unit can
service many machines. One customer
uses a single Kemmix System to
provide solution to 17 Sweco's.
The Kemmix System consists of a
venturi type pre-mixer that can blend
any liquid compound with tap water at
the desired concentration. The ready-
to-use solution is then stored in the
reservoir tank. A submerged pump in
the tank sends the solution into your
system at 13 PSI, enough to service an
overhead system in most plants.
Model E1: The reservoir tank has a
3/4" FPT bulk head outlet for your
connections. It also has a standard
hose faucet that is convenient for
filling tumbling barrels or washing off
parts. The system is approximately
20" in diameter and 54" high with a 30
gallon reservoir capacity.
Model E2: This high capacity system
can mix solution at a rate of 450 GPH
continuous: 800 GP for 6.5 minutes
against a 9" head pressure.
